I just finished watching Soul Eater recently. It's pretty good, though the tone of it starts very silly and weird. It reminds me of both Harry Potter and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, in that it's a story about school aged kids... battling something horrific and inevitable.

So I went after the "sequel?" called Soul Eater Not.

I think this show is my new guilty pleasure. It's not really a sequel; it's the same story told from another set of student's perspectives.
The incoming freshmen class, actually.

It is cute as hell. And bizarre. Really.
