I just have to say that I'm a huge fan of this series of stories:
Tales of the Bots by scifigrl47:

I don't normally recommend unfinished works, but ravager_zero is spinning one of my favorite first contact stories. Its tagged Consentacles, and is rated M.

Looking for something sweet and adorable? Chris Crush is a Steve/Natasha story where Natasha has a little celebrity crush on the guy who played Captain America in the movie. Steve and Natasha work their way through all of that actor's movies.
