Archon plans

kukla_tkoHere's what my Archon looks like:
Thursday night: Head out to the hotel. I'm in the Super 8.
Organize my thoughts and rearrange my things so that I can grab-and-go.
Head down to the gateway center to pick up badges and deposit Dolls in the Art Show.
Pick up forms for Masquerade and possibly schedule a tech rehearsal.
Bed early.
Friday morning: Sleep in a little, get up and put on casual day-wear. Visit the con. Probably hit the light/sound panel on Masquerade stuff. I hear it's going to be awesome!
Friday afternoon: Between 2-2:30, I'll head on over to the Doubletree to set up the tea party.
3:50- Mad Scientists' Tea Party, Weird West theme. Note: NOT at 3:30. For some reason all of the archon folks are suddenly unable to tell the difference between a three and a five. Grr. Basically, SHOW UP AT 4:00!!

Of course, if you want to get there early to get a good spot in line, I promise some kind of interesting entertainment in the hallway while we finish setting up.
Friday night: Eat dinner, change into animal garb. MWA HA HA HA HA...
Look for the roving Afro Circus Party after 9pm. Polka dot, polka dot, polka dot...
Saturday morning: Casual costuming. Since I can't seem to find my Brave Dress, I will likely be in my pirate/gypsy gear that is my usual casual costume. Look for me at the KawaKon promo table where I'll be promoting KawaKon, Ecto-Con (Dude! There's a GHOSTBUSTERS CONVENTION coming up!) and of course STL BJD con! We will have a prize wheel and stuff! I'll be there from 10 till noon.
Then I'm going to scope out some potential guest speakers at their panels. Skulk, skulk, skulk...
In the afternoon I'll also take another turn on the promo table (come see me!) then it's Dinner and heading over to the Masquerade green room. Yes, I have a presentation this year. No, it's not in competition. No, it's not to promote anything. Yes, you will love it. :D
After the Masquerade, I'll probably skip off to play. I don't know which evening costume I'm going to wear since my Sexy TARDIS gear appears to have buggered off somewhere. (???)
Sunday, I plan to pack everything up and head over to the convention center for visits, pre-reg for next year, last minute visit to the dealer's room, Retrieval of dolls, and the like. By about 2pm, I'll head over to the Doubletree to set up for our little Dead Dog party.
At 2:40, The Frumpy Witches have the cure for what ails you! Having *just* figured out how to put my costume together, you should come and see me and my partner in crime in ALL our frumpy glory. We'll have energy drinks, gatorade punch (fresh squeezed from real 'gators!) and finger sandwiches. (Sandwitches?) Toe sandwiches, too. The jam has to come from somewhere...
Refresh and recharge before you return to your mundane lives. We will even have some Ancient Chinese Secret tea and vitamin water, and maybe leftover soda from Hospitality.

Afro Circus (OMG GUYS THIS IS GOING TO BE SO CUTE!!)

So, am I missing anything? (Of course, I'll be bringing all the STUFF for the two programming parties, too.)
