Got the job at Jackman's.

They snapped me up in a HURRY. I start today, and jump right into full-time.

I am starting with a $2/hour pay cut, but I will get a raise soon.

How soon?
Well, it's "up to" me, as soon as I learn every sewing machine's mysteries, I will get a raise. How quickly I learn them will determine how much and when.

I have distinctive "Joker" quotes running through my head:

"Where does he get such WONDERFUL toys..."
"Wait 'til they get a load of ME...."

Hee hee hee.

Full time. Nifty discounts. Using the embroidery machines for personal projects while I am on the clock.

This could suck more...
But it won't.

No, I am at the (original) location on on North Lindberg between Olive and Page.

Mmm. I love my new sewing machine, but it is entirely possible that I will be "trading up" fairly soon.

We have some VERY SEXY machines in stock. (Oh, and BTW, they're on SALE right now, too.)

I can't quote you the Serger prices by heart yet, I haven't gotten that far. I am certain that there is a sale on them, though.
