Last Minute Panic

Actually, I feel very calm. No, really, I do. All of *my* stuff is settled and sorted and just needs to be packed and made ready. I have a small amount of shopping to do once I get my paycheck, then I'm good to go.
However, due to last minute work conflicts, I'm short a couple of people and I wanted to throw it out there:
I need a Rocky Horror. I also need a Riff Raff and a Columbia. We're doing the shadow cast for the Friday night Rocky presentation at Kawa Kon, and I'm short a few players. I have some ridiculous work-around ideas, but if I could just get a couple of folks to help out I would seriously appreciate it. If you don't want to go to the rest of the con, let me know and I'll get you an event pass to come and do this. I'm not looking for large talent, here, just someone to wear the costume and stand around as the character. And shout stuff at the screen, of course. :D
I also am looking for a replacement for my awesome brother who agreed to help with the Quidditch practice on Friday early afternoon and the Quidditch matches on Sunday. If all else fails, I can help with the Friday practice, but I can't help on Sunday as I have other programming to attend to. Ideally this would be someone who is willing to be in costume as a Harry Potter character. Unfortunately, my brother works for Apple and the new Ipad is being released on Friday. So he's stuck. I can offer costuming to the person who volunteers. My brother *might* still be able to come out on Sunday, but a back-up person or even a helper would be greatly appreciated.
