Clothing Swap!
Lost some weight? Put on a few pounds? Tired of looking at your clothes, shoes, etc, but can't afford to go shopping for a new wardrobe? Wanna play dress-up with your friends?

I am hosting a clothing swap at my Mom's house on Sunday around 5-6pm.
Bring:
-a few bucks toward pizza or Bandanna's BBQ,
-Clothing you no longer need/want/wear
-costume pieces, jewelry, shoes, accessories, etc to trade/sell/give away.

If you have nothing to trade, please come any way so that you can take home some of our treasures. (Treasures which are cluttering up our homes. Take my clothes... Please!)

If you have no desire to bring new items into your house, come anyway with things you need to shed. Who knows, that old size 10 costume that you haven't been able to wear might be beautiful on some random size 10 costumer who has no money for fabric.

Anything left over which is unwanted will be boxed up to take to Goodwill. We'll load it into the back of the truck and I will haul it over to the nearest thrift store.

Some pieces I myself am putting out include:
The Jessica Rabbit Dress (Red strapless satin.)
Women's blazers and suit jackets.
Skirts of all shapes, sizes, and styles.
Corset-style tops in small and medium.
Shoes, boots, and etc.
Jeans
Accessories.

This will be the first of two or three of these. We will discuss scheduling the next few at the meet.

Gah. I really want to go (not least because they're changing the dress code for the new Salt Mines building and I need new business-y clothes) but we have to work. DAMN WORK, O bane of my existence, provider of paychecks and misery.
