Ow the FCC ow ow ow!
Somehow I have managed to screw up my shoulder. No, I didn't pull anything and yes, I've been on my step-mom's table of amazing healing. I'm still not 100%, and had to take two days off of work because I can't really drive like this. It started on my day off, too. Bleah.
She's coming out to give me another poke-and-prod and see if we can't get this back under control.
Ugh. Even typing hurts. Later.
*UPDATE*
Stepmom put me on her table and managed to wrangle some more movement out of my arm/shoulder/neck. I'm on Vitamin C, Calcium, and Rutin for the time being. (as well as the other stuff I started the other day.) Gotta get some Rutin, but she tells me that a chiropractor friend-of-the-family is in my neighborhood. I might try to go there and get some from him, because it's a short trip in the car and I can test my road-worthiness.
Turns out it is related to my liver, and no, don't ask me to explain why my liver was pissing off my shoulder.
I am of the opinion that I was burning out, and my body conspired with itself to force me to take two days off where I was to do NOT A DAMN THING, NO NOT EVEN THE DISHES. I've stared at the computer screen (for as long as I could sit up) then napped, then stared at the tv screen from The Nest (for as long as I could do that) then napped, then ate something... you get the picture. Two days of cat scheduling. Because I *HAD* to.
Perhaps this is the actual cause/effect. I should be up and sneaking in no time. Those two lost days are going to HURT come paycheck time.
