Goblin Ball Official Date

We have booked the Pavilion at Sunset Park for the Goblin Ball on September 27th. Consider it an early start for the Halloween Season!

We have ALSO secured permission to have a bonfire!

As soon as I have the website updated, I will post the electronic flyers. I'm enclosing the current draft of the print flyer below.

WANTED:
Actors, artists, and other volunteer help with this event. I need the following:
-Actors to represent faeries, goblins, elves, and the like. Some (if not all) of these actors will need to also work the haunted trail at the end of the night. All of the actors will also be asked to help set up the trail in the early afternoon.
-Artists to help with decorations for the event. I have lots of decor, but I would love to showcase more local talent. We have an outdoor park pavilion and picnic tables. I'd like to make it look a bit more elegant.
-Artists to help create props and pieces for the Haunted Trail
-Drummers to help create atmosphere at the bonfire.
-Volunteers to help carry, decorate, run errands, distribute flyers, etc.

It's ok with me if you want to do all of the above. :)

We're not precisely being *paid* for this event, but I am asking for donations. Anything that we manage to "make" at this event will be shared amongst the participants.
