Taiji round two?

Anyone interested in taking a Taiji class with me?

I am thinking May-early June, six weeks, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. It would work out to be about $10 per person. I'm thinking that we could do it in Fergusson.

Any takers?

I already have four people, I'd like to make it a class of 10 if possible.

What's Taiji?
Also called Tai Chi, it is a martial art that is... um... well it's different. But very cool. Low impact, but you work hard. Chi and energy manipulation. Jedi Mind Tricks.

You know, that sort of thing.

Speak up if you're interested.

I've been thinking about taking a Tai Chi class for years now, and still haven't gotten around to it. :P

However, I am currently going through another feeling-like-crap-emotionally/omg-i-have-too-many-issues phase, and I don't think I would be very good at energy manipulation/"Jedi Mind Tricks" right now. :(

I agree with [livejournal.com profile] bethy_woo_woo, who indicated that Tai Chi would be good for you.

In fact, it isn't so much that you have to be in the right headspace to play Tai Chi, as that playing Tai Chi gets you in the right headspace.

Tai Chi

I've been interested in learning Tai Chi for some time, but funds and time are both limited right now.
