Big fun, no weekend

Saturday is the Open House I am hosting at my new position at the South Store.
10-4, I have snacks and wine and soda.
We're doing givaways, and in-store Demos.
If you've always wanted to catch me in action, this is the perfect time to do so. (And if it turns out that the event is a flop because no one shows up, you can bolster my numbers!)
We're going to be demonstrating the machines, and we are going to be doing some hands-on workshops.
Plus, you know, food and prizes.
:)
I also wanted to quietly mention that those of you who have thought, "Oh, I need a sewing machine but I can't afford to buy one from Kukla" will have an opportunity as well. We're doing a trade-up program which means that I will have several Design and Denim Pro Babylock Mechanical machines.
The MSRP on these babies is $300 and $400.
We'll be reselling the gently used ones for about $99 and $199. Possibly less.
They're not the newer computerized brilliant does-everything-but-the-laundry machines that I love so much, but they still do more than my old Singer, or my old Necci. And they make buttonholes, and they have a needle-threader.
So let me know if you want a "new" machine!
Also, no one has died in the last couple of days, no one I know is in prison, and I am fine.
However, someone is homeless. Contact me directly to find out who and what and why.
