bethy_woo_woo made the original post. I cut and pasted to try to let more people know about this. codeb and mari_who are dear friends to me and to nearly everyone who knows them.

For those of you who know codeb6 and mari_who, they were burglarized last night. Here's the post: http://www.livejournal.com/users/mari_who/121634.html.

My suggestion is that we pool what money we have to try to recoup some of their losses, burn them DVDs, lend them our game systems, etc. This is what Christmas is truly about people, and yes, I will be donating in some form or another. Please help. I will post their contact info. for you shortly. I want to set up a PayPal account or something.

Anyway, Mari and Dave are some of the best *people* I know, and I regret to say I don't spend much time with them. Plus I find it ironic that Mari graduated from my high school with my brother, though they did not know one another.

This is my way of trying to reach out. If you know these two, or even if you don't and you just want to be kind, please at least send your condolences.

What a great Christmas Surprise, eh? Pass along the word, and let's make this a good Christmas for two really good people.

hmmmm.... none of those things over here.... We do have Shaun of the Dead, LOTR (extended box set), both Spidermans (Spidermen?), first three seasons of Bab5, PotC (who in this circle doesn't??), and lots of other strangeness... Any of that help?
