Here's what I'm watching this season, and my thoughts on the subject:

New:
Agents of SHIELD
I was really looking forward to this, and thus far I'm still in. I realize that it's not "Great Cinema" or anything yet, but I do see the potential, and I'm also seeing them make choices that suggest that this potential might be realized. Yes, I'll be watching this avidly, and I'm up for conversations about it.
Also: Much love for Fitz/Simmons.
Edit: After seeing this week's episode (FZZT) OMG SO MUCH LOVE FOR FITZ/SIMMONS!!!!!!

Sleepy Hollow
The biggest surprise for me so far this year. This is rapidly turning into a very watchable show. I assumed that it would just be this team's attempt at capitalizing on Grimm and similar paranormal/cop shows. I watched it out of order (Ep 2 first, then 3, then the Pilot.) Oddly, this worked well for me. I might not have stuck around if I had seen the pilot first, as it is pretty rough still. The writing is, so far, fairly smart. I hope it stays that way and gets smarter. That is the kind of thing that will save the show in the long run. The thing that makes it SO MUCH FUN right now is the chemistry and the fact that all the actors have solidly committed to it. Also: Orlando Jones. ORLANDO JONES!

Returning:
Misfits
WHOO it's back! During the last series, it wandered and floundered a bit, but the writing seems tighter and the story more focused. Last season they worked pretty hard at showing us how despicable these characters are. This series is redemption time. Also, having fallen into FanFiction, I saw a trope turned on its ear and I liked it. If you want to know which one, talk to me in person. I'll just tag it with "pollen" for now.

Once Upon A Time
To my vast surprise, this is becoming much more watchable. Huh. I think I've been hanging in there for the costume Pr0n and also the fact that there's a character who resembles a friend of mine. Plus, I'm on Team Rumplestiltskin for the most part. (Robert Carlyle; You're on notice. You're in terrible danger of LICKING.) This season, they're tinkering with the Peter Pan mythos, and not doing a horrible job of it, either. Plus the Wicked Queen is channelling the Witch in Act 2 of Into the Woods, so I'm digging that. (No idea if it is deliberate, but I'll take what I can get.)

Shirtless
I Mean Arrow
Our lead character spends most of his time in his shirt these days, and we've already had one acknowledgement that some of his "training montages" are very easy on the eyes for those who enjoy shirtless men. Grin. A rather important character has surfaced, which is almost enough to make up for losing Captain Jack (I mean John Barrowman) at the end of last season. I could do with less angst and more heroics. If things tip the right direction, I might get it. Felicity Smoke is probably my favorite character, and she's getting some AMAZING scenes/lines/rants in this season, so I'm not the only one. So I'll stick around, even if it is for a little bird and some smoke.

Castle
Can we talk about the fact that this show might have taken a hard right turn into being a paranormal cop show? Can I just say that I wouldn't mind in the slightest if it did? Other than that, this season is a little flat. They might want to get to the "Happily ever after" bit and wrap it up. Of course, Ryan and Esposito should get their OWN show...
And, on the other hand, I had a dream that I was staying in Richard Castle's home the other night. For no reason. In a very mundane way. Weird.

Beauty and the Beast
Sigh. If they were going to change it, why did they keep the title and the character names? This is stupid. Of course, the show is pretty stupid, too.
Can someone tell me why I'm watching this? Really?
Oh. Right.

Bones
And here I thought LAST season was the final season. I admit that I wouldn't have been bothered by that. On the other hand, they've decided to wrap things up tidily. Good for them! Also, Temperance, I could have told you that NAKED IN A FIELD works just fine, honey. I'll be sad to see this one go, but I'm excited to see what all the talent on the show will go on to do. TJ Thyne: I'm looking at you. In truth, I'm watching the rest of these actors and actresses, too.

SNL
Y'know, I could stand to see a more diverse cast, but they are laden with talented ladies right now. Ok, it's not half-and-half, but it's closer than it's been in a while. And yes, there's not enough cast members who are people of color. However, they at least acknowledged this (albeit awkwardly) in the last episode. What I am seeing is the "old guard" (which was recently the New Kids) holding strong, and the actual new kids doing reasonably well. I expect to see epic things from Nasim Pedrad, Jay Pharaoh, Taran Killam and Bobby Moynihan in the future. For the present, their hosts have been spectacular.
"IT'S A BOY DANCE PARTY!!"

So that's what I'm paying attention to on Hulu this year. Naturally, I intend to follow Doctor Who and Sherlock, but for those I have to go visit the House of Party. (Oh, no! Not that! Grin.)
