Sorry, but the answer is NO.
Mar. 5th, 2012 11:50 amI'm gearing up for a grueling couple of weeks, folks. Getting sick was not convenient and turns out to have been ALL of the down-time I have available for a little while.
I'm off on Thursday of this week. It is my ONLY day off before KawaKon at this point. NO, I do not want to have lunch that day. No, I don't want to go to the play/concert/event that day or any other day. No, I do not have time to help you with your costume project. No, I can't handle a brief embroidery project for you. No, I don't want to come over for dinner some night.
After KawaKon, ask me anything you like. After March 18th, I'll be able to breathe and think again. I am now in the crunch before the con, and I don't have any spare attention for extra things, particularly since I must shake the remains of this awful bug before the con or I will be super ineffective.
So let the call go forth: Unless it is directly related to KawaKon, don't bring it to me right now. Things that qualify include: Housing the illustrious and talented LADIEZ when they come into town for the con, Discussions of assistance for KawaKon items, Offers of help for any of my or other programming (and we're having some last-minute scrambles, so offers of help are entirely welcome!) Rehearsing for Rock Horror (And offers to play; we have some last-minute scrambling there, too.)
