Still Alive

All residents of the Mint Cookie survived Tornado Fest 2011... so far.

Since the Tornado sirens have been going off so often, I'd gotten out of the OMGWTFOHNOES reaction and carefully gathered what we'd need, made multiple trips to the basement, and held rehearsal down there until the weather radio said it was OK.

I wake up today to discover that no, seriously, MASSIVE damage in the STL area. Some of it not too far from here.

We had the power fluctuate slightly twice, but never lost power or saw anything spectacular.

Hm. I guess I really do need to be more compliant when the alarms go off...
