still with the "OW!"

I'm still taking advil, and can tell when it wears off. (As in, I wake halfway through the night due to the pain.)

Heat does help now, and I've befriended my Mom's little shoulder heat pack. (mmmm.)

I'm way better than I was, but I've plateaued out without improvement since yesterday morning.

I'll most likely go to work tomorrow, but I doubt that I'll be at 100%.
