Parties ahoy!

I want to host parties. Behind the cut are the kinds of parties I wish to throw and the approximate timing of them. Some of them are on my own behalf, some are on another person's behalf.

Please comment if you'd like to see me host any of these, and if you would attend if I did.
Feel free to disagree with me over my choices.

Almost a sheep?

So oddly enough, I myself am writing something new.

Do any of you want to read my writing? Do any of you want to critique it?
I'm thinking of making a new filter with special properties. If you want on it, speak up. Comments will be automatically screened on those posts so that you may praise or critque me without influence. At a later date I might unscreen comments if the commentors wish to be unmasked, so to speak.

I am writing it for a project, and if all goes well it might get published by a small house or self-published. I feel like my writing has improved enough to give this a shot. I think I've written my million words. LiveJournal has given me an excuse to write, if not daily, then in amounts that mostly add up to "once a day" since I post multiple times a day sometimes.

And now I'm rambling.

Anyway, who wants in?
