Booooogie!

Happy Halloween, everyone!

I am, of course, a busy bee today. I'm going to hop in the shower and then run all the heck over town. The good news is that I'm going to go get some yummy Gokul for lunch. Mmmm. Gokul...

Mom's got a friend in from out of town. I'm going to take him to lunch, then I'm going to south county to help rinae with the might of my mighty truck. Then I'm off to Farmington to help the kids get ready for trick-or-treating, and Halloween parties.

Then home again home again.

I would dearly love to attend the wedding tonight, but I do work early tomorrow and have already committed to these other things.

I will say now what I always say every year (and no one pays any attention to):

If you want my Halloween, you MUST book it a year in advance. Being that it is Halloween 2006, if you want my attention or attendance for Halloween 2007, speak up soon and book it early! Next year, Halloween will be on a Wednesday. In 2008 it will be on a Friday, so once again... book me early if you want me!

Here is my Halloween Blessing for all of you:
May you all avoid the scary things that drift though this world. Should you encounter them, may you triumph over them and/or learn the lessons they bring.
Tomorrow, listen to the voices of your beloved departed as they speak in your heart. Take time to pause and remember those who have left this plane, particularly in the last year.
May you be open to the change of season, feel the turn of the wheel in your center.
