Back to normal in my journal.
The Bits and Pieces Quilt Show (where your Favorite Big Ol' Dork is making a guest-star appearance all weekend long) is actually very nice.
If you like art, come see it. If you like sewing, come see it. If you like quilts, come see it. If you like crafts, come and see it.
It costs $5 to get in, I think. But oh... the quilts. The whole center of the room is set up as a maze of displayed quilts, kind of like a convention art show. (sigh) There is some gorgeous art going on.
And around the edges, there are lots of local merchants with their wares for display and sale. I'm doing demos all day long at the booth for our store. Feel free to come and *bother* me.
