Ah, yes. I *CAN* haz alphak10!!!

Today was Moving Day with truck and helpers. And helpful kitties, but I shooed them off as soon as I could. (Sorry, K10, your family are the most helpfulest Kitties I've ever had help with a move.)

And now, there is a pause (paws?) before the final run of the day (we're not DONE done, just mostly done) and new REAL kitties!!!

I hope 'Bel likes her new roommates. I know that she likes the one on two feet, we'll see how she gets along with the two four-footed ones. :D

I'm very excited, True Believers! After many years of random roommates and living situations, I am very picky about who I want to live with. I'm very happy with this choice, as is my S.O.
Yes, my living room is full of stuff again, but it's not like it isn't going to be full of stuff during Ren Faire season, either. (It's fun being a Dragon Hatchery!!!)

Personally, I enjoy re-discovering the other half of the living room again and again. I mean, geez, I've rented entire apartments smaller than the entirety of the whole living room. We do just fine with half of a living room all the time. (Unless there's a hundred people in our house.)

So the Mint Cookie grows!! YAY!

Snow?
I do not believe in Snow... in late MARCH!! Oh, I'd be fine with some flurries or something, but accumulation? Like 6-8 inches of accumulation? On the fresh green grass?

And of course, it had to come down in golfball-sized snowballs while we were trying to move the Roommate in. Gah.

On the other hand, I know from experience that moving in the snow=teh suck, but moving in the snow followed by awesome hot chocolate=WINNING!

I even managed to make my S.O. the Cafe Borgia he's been pining for lo these many weeks. (I have Dark Chocolate/Orange Hot Cocoa mix!)

But SNOW? SNOW!?

Bleah. We're covered in Lake Effect yet there is no damned LAKE!
